We ship across Australia and New Zealand.

Australia Australian orders are dispatched daily from our Sydney warehouse. Orders placed on a business day are typically sent the same day, with delivery in 1-2 business days to most Australian cities. Regional and rural addresses can take a little longer.

New Zealand New Zealand orders are dispatched from our New Zealand warehouse on tracked courier. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout.

Free shipping Orders over $149 ship free.

Tracking You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it to your door. Don't forget to check your spam folder.

Rest of the world We don't currently ship directly outside Australia and New Zealand, but we have stockists internationally. Contact us at info@dogyears.co.nz and we'll point you to the nearest one.
