Cancellation policy

Dog Years subscriptions are flexible and commitment free. You can cancel, pause or change your subscription at any time, with no cancellation fees and no minimum term.

How to cancel or make changes Log in to your account and manage your subscription from there. You can cancel, skip a delivery, change your delivery frequency, change quantities, or update your shipping and payment details at any time. If you need a hand, contact us at gus@dogyears.co.nz and we will sort it for you.

Timing Cancellations and changes take effect from your next billing date. Please make any changes before your next scheduled billing date. If an order has already been processed, it will be shipped as normal and is covered by our standard 30-day return policy.

Billing Subscriptions are billed automatically at your chosen frequency using the payment method on file. You will receive a reminder before each renewal where required by law.

Refunds Subscription orders are covered by the same Returns and Refunds Policy as one-off purchases.
